Rounding out some of the work from my Advanced Typography & Layout course. Could use some work, of course, but I like it enough to upload it here. Not sure if a partially-clothed silhouette counts as nudity, so I'm leaving this without a mature content rating for now.
I don't entirely agree with the premise that we need to legally ban media, when we could just as easily discourage looking for certain kinds of dangerous information from a social perspective. Even if you do want to keep certain things from people, making them illegal is only going to encourage circumvention.
We don't want everyone manufacturing smallpox and nuclear weapons, but I don't think censorship is the right tool to fight even the extreme reasons people use to justify it.
Exactly. I think it's fairly innocuous, and it really depends on the context. Like, no one goes into a figure drawing class with a huge cringe on their face when a model holds a pose for them to draw for 20 minutes straight.
